With so many active LinkedIn users, particularly recruiters, it’s critical that you are not only on LinkedIn, but using it regularly! In packages at $999 and above we include a direct login for LinkedIn where we make all the changes for you! And every package includes an on-demand e-course that walks you through how to customize your LinkedIn profile from top to bottom to ensure you have an “all-star” profile.
You absolutely can write your resume yourself. The biggest thing to consider is the time it will take to go through all of your career information. Ensure the content will make sense to civilians. Tailoring a resume can be confusing, how do you do it? That’s why we include a tailored resume in every resume package, and screen record the exact process, so you learn exactly how to pick out keywords and what areas need to be changed on your resume every time you submit for a new job.
Building your new Resume requires effective information gathering and collaboration to create the best possible end-product. The intake process consists of an emailed questionnaire and a phone call if desired. The questionnaire is designed to clarify quantifiable and results-based achievements to ensure you stand out from the competition and to provide us with information like your desired job title and industry.
After completion of the intake process, your first draft is prepared and emailed within 14 calendar days. Typically, it takes 1 to 2 drafts before getting to the final. You have 30 days to request changes and ensure 100% satisfaction. Final documents are prepared in both MS Word and PDF.
We pledge to deliver on the following timelines:
- First drafts delivered in 14 calendar days (after all documents have been sent and the questionnaire completed)
- All draft revisions delivered in 3-5 calendar days
In general, the Resume Writing process typically lasts from 30-60 days (start to finish).

Yes, an in-depth phone consultation with one of our Military to Civilian Resume Writers both before you start working with us, and after the 1st draft has been delivered. This phone call is beneficial to the Resume Writing process for familiarizing with your background and fleshing out your objectives (occupation, industry, and seniority level).

However, there may be instances where you are not exactly sure what your specific focus should be, and that’s perfectly fine! In such cases, it’s best to have a ‘primary/master version’ that satisfies multiple targets. This approach ensures that you’re not missing out on any potential opportunities, and that you’re presenting yourself as a versatile candidate.
In addition, as part of our resume package, we offer a tailored resume service that includes a screen recording of how to tailor your resume and what tools we recommend. This service will provide you with the guidance and support necessary to customize your resume to suit the job you are applying for.
Rush orders are determined on a case to case basis and is an addition $300 cost. First drafts are normally delivered within 14 calendar days. Adding rush service means first drafts are delivered within 7 calendar days. We also respond to all draft revisions within two business day (normally three business days).
Keep in mind, these timelines require your participation in completing the client intake process (questionnaire and checklist).
